Free cancellation within 24 Hours

  • Cancellation is FREE if you do it within 24 hours of making payment

Cancellation After 24 Hours

  • Please note that you cannot cancel your order after 24 hours.

Cancellation and refund process

  • To initiate a return, please reach out to us via support@cozylant.com or WhatsApp
    • Provide them with the order number and the reason for cancellation
    • Our team will process your request and refund after deducting the cancellation fee from order value
  • Please note that it may take 7 - 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your sofa purchase.

If, for any reason, you wish to return your sofa, please review our return policy below.


Eligibility for return

To be eligible for a return, the sofa must meet all the following criteria:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days from the delivery date
  • The sofa has some form of manufacturing defect
  • The sofa is not a customized order
    • Customized orders consist of orders where alterations are made to colours or widths that are currently not offered as part of our default product offerings
    • If there are manufacturing defects, we offer free like for like replacements

Return process

  • To initiate a return, please reach out to us via support@cozylant.com or WhatsApp
    • Provide them with the order number, photo of sofa and reason for the return
    • Our team will contact you to arrange for return pick up post confirmation

Inspection and refund

  • After passing inspection, we will refund through the payment channel used for payment:
    • Refund for manufacturing defects = Order value
  • Please note that it may take 7 - 14 business days for the refund to be reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
