Changes, Cancellations and Returns

You can cancel your order anytime before it is delivered. The cancellation fee varies based on how far along the production process your sofa is. For more details, please check out our Cancellation & Return Policies page.

Yes, we allow returns within a certain timeframe from the date of delivery. However, as real costs are incurred, we charge a restocking fee to cover sofa fulfilment costs. For more details, please check out our Cancellation & Return Policies page.

Yes, you may request changes to your order specifications. Please let us know as soon as possible. We will provide a quote for any additional material and labour costs required for the modification. Charges may also apply for materials and labour already incurred for the existing order.

Delivery

Yes, we offer a convenient disposal service for your old furniture during the same trip as your sofa delivery. We are happy to accommodate delayed delivery dates. Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to confirm your preferred schedule. By aligning production with your timeline, we ensure your sofa stays fresh and avoids unnecessary time in storage. Once your order is confirmed, our standard lead time is 4 to 6 weeks. This timeline factors in the following:
