Our bed frame warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, stains, spills, burns, cuts, fading due to sunlight, damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance, misuse, or any modifications made after purchase.

Yes, we offer a convenient disposal service for your old furniture during the same trip as your sofa delivery. • 2 weeks for shipping
• 2 weeks for unexpected production bottlenecks or shipping delays

Yes, you may request changes to your order specifications. Please let us know as soon as possible. We will provide a quote for any additional material and labour costs required for the modification. Charges may also apply for materials and labour already incurred for the existing order.
