Bed frame is sturdy and provided good support for the bed. Waited a while for delivery but the guys who came to fixed were prompt and had the frame fixed up in a short time. They also inspect one last time and gave some tips on maintenance before going off. I personally find the bed height a bit low, similar to sofa height. The price for removal of the old bed frame depends on what type of frame so have to ask and agree on the price before they come for delivery.

Asked for specific measurements of my mattress so they could customise the height of the headrest to make sure it fits perfectly. On delivery day, installation was swift, all done within an hour, including dismatling of my old bedframe. Very polite as well.
