✅ Acting quickly to provide a remedy in the quickest time possible. As we do not stock up to offer endless customization possibilies, we seek your kind understanding for the time delay for the production and shipping process if required as we seek to remedy product related defects.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all of Singapore and most of West Malaysia.

If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, please reach out to us for confirmation.

For delivery to locations outside of our standard locations, we will coordinate with our freight partners to find a possible delivery solution. We will also inform you of any additional logistics costs involved if any for delivering to these locations.

Are there any delivery charges?

For our standard delivery locations in Singapore and West Malaysia, there are no additional delivery charges.

For bulky items, we’ll also assist with moving them to your desired location and handle assembly as needed, all without any extra fees.

For smaller items like rugs, which don’t require assembly and can be easily unpacked by one person, we may leave the item outside your door. We’ll notify you via WhatsApp with a photo as proof of delivery once it's completed.

What is your return policy?

We offer the option for cancellations and returns.

However, we are unable to provide a full refund once material procurement and production have started, which typically happens within 2 days of order placement.

This is due to incurred production costs and the difficulty of reselling highly customized furniture to another customer.

Additionally, we do not market returned products as new once they have been delivered and unpacked at your home.

In these unfortunate instances, we do our best to cost share, and we appreciate your kind understanding.
