Sofa arrived in good condition and exactly as shown in photo gallery. Before delivery of product, they will also share a video of the completed sofa to assure you. Amber was very accommodating to our requests. We wanted a 260cm Crystal sectional sofa but with 3 seats instead of 2 seats. She not only agreed to help us with the customization but also drew out the dimensions of the crystal sofa with 3 seats to align with us before proceeding with production.

We were looking to change our sofa to fit the family and Amber provided excellent service to customize the sofa together with us to suit our family's need and space (deeper chaise, length and single arm configuration).
