If we have your mattress in stock locally, you can expect delivery within 3–7 days.

If the item isn't in stock, we'll make a fresh one just for you. Delivery typically takes 3–5 weeks from the date your order is confirmed.

We'll deliver and assemble your bed frame in your home at no additional charge in the Selangor and Penang regions. Our delivery and assembly service includes:

• Unpacking your bed frame before bringing it into your home
• Moving the bed frame into your home
• Assembly where required
• Removing and disposing of the packaging materials after assembly

For other regions, additional delivery charges apply and assembly service may not be available. Please contact us for a quotation for any additional delivery and assembly charges.

We'll deliver your mattress to your doorstep, so you don't need to be at home to receive it.

There are no additional charges if you let us know at least 1 day before your scheduled delivery about rescheduling.

An RM200 rescheduling fee will apply if our delivery team is unable to complete the delivery after arriving at the delivery location due to any of the following:

• Incorrect delivery address provided
• Building management or security does not permit access for delivery
• No one is available to receive the delivery after our team has waited for more than 30 minutes at the delivery location
• Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control that prevent the delivery from being completed

We do not provide a service to carry mattresses up or down stairs within your home.

Additional charges apply if your bed frame needs to be carried up or down stairs.

The final charge depends on the item's weight, the number of levels involved, and the delivery location.

If your old furniture occupies the same space as your new bed frame, please arrange for it to be removed before your scheduled delivery.

We offer up to 1 month of free storage:

• For ready-stock mattresses, the storage period starts from the date your order is placed
• For freshly made mattresses, the storage period starts from the date your mattress arrives at our Malaysia warehouse

After the free storage period ends, a storage fee of RM8 per mattress, per day applies.
