A standard 4 seater sofa typically measures between 260cm to just under 300cm in width.

This size provides generous seating space, offering a comfortable arrangement for four individuals.

What type of upholstery materials do you offer?

We provide a wide range of upholstery materials to suit different preferences:

  • Fabric Options: polyester blended fabric, cotton blended fabric, pet-friendly fabric, easy clean fabric (cleanable with water), boucle, suede
  • Leather Options: top grain leather (available in matte or glossy finish)
  • Vegan Leather: available in matte and glossy finishes, with pet-friendly options

What colours do your sofas come in?

We offer full flexibility in upholstering your sofa with any fabric, leather, or faux leather of your choice. Key colour groups include:

  • White, beige, red, brown, green, blue, grey, black

If you can't find the exact colour or material you're looking for from our options, simply share a photo of your preferred fabric, and we will source similar materials from our fabric suppliers.

What is considered a deep seat sofa and is it right for me?

A deep seat sofa typically has a seat depth of over 60cm, allowing you to lounge (relax or recline in a leisurely position) comfortably in the seat.

However, if you prefer a more upright sitting position, a standard seat depth may suit you better.

What is the difference between a sofa, couch, and settee?

The terms sofa, couch, and settee originally came from different cultures and time periods:

  • Sofa: Derived from the Arabic word "suffah," it traditionally refers to a bench covered with cushions.
  • Couch: Comes from the French word "couche," meaning to lie down, and is associated with a more informal or casual seating arrangement.
  • Settee: A term from the Old English period, it was used to describe a long wooden bench with a backrest.

Today, these terms are often used interchangeably and can refer to the same type of seating, with no significant differences in meaning.

What is included in the quoted price?

The quoted price is inclusive of service tax and delivery.

Only staircase fees and product disposal are charged separately.

Is there a lower price for reduced dimensions?

Not always.

For minor dimension reductions, labour and material costs are often fixed.

Can I choose colours outside of Cozylant's offered options?

Yes, please share with us your preferred colour and texture.

We'll source for similar upholstery to match your needs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If the product is made to order, delivery takes 4-6 weeks.

For our default options, if the factory has ready stock, delivery may take under 4 weeks.

My place is under renovation, can you hold my order?

Yes, please let us know when your renovation will be completed. We can time the production and shipping to match that date.

In case of unexpected delays, we offer 1 month free storage in our local warehouse.

Policy

What is covered under warranty?

For all our sofas, lounge chairs, armchairs, and sofa beds, we provide the following warranty coverage:

  • Frame, cushion, and springs: 5 year warranty
  • Soft furnishings (e.g., fiber fillings, upholstery, stitching): 1 year warranty
  • Other components (e.g., zips, fasteners, sofa legs): 1 year warranty

How do I raise issues for product defects?

If you encounter any product defects, you can raise the issue by contacting us through WhatsApp or email. Please provide the following details to help us process your request:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the defective part
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will follow up with the next steps once we receive your message.

Can I modify my order?

Yes, you can modify your order as long as the product has not yet been shipped from the factory.

Depending on the stage of production, we will offer a quote for any modification costs.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Within the first 24 hours: A 3% order value cancellation fee to cover for transaction processing costs.
  • After 24 hours and within 5 days: A 20% order value cancellation fee to cover for transaction processing cost and material procurement cost.
  • After 5 days and before shipment: A 25% order value cancellation fee to cover for transaction processing cost, material procurement cost and production labour cost.
  • Cancellation after shipment to local warehouse: A 30% order value cancellation fee to cover for transaction processing cost, material procurement cost, production labour cost and shipping fee.

If the product has already been created, no further cancellation is allowed. Any change of mind post that is treated as a refund case instead.

Can I ask for a refund?

Yes, you can request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery even for change of mind.

Please note that a 40% order value restocking fee applies to cover logistics, warehousing, and applicable markdowns.

All our returned products are never marketed again as new products and are sold instead at open-box prices.

We seek your kind understanding as these costs reflect our actual expenses when a refund happens.
