Really positive experience purchasing my sofa. Despite being a fully online process, communication was clear and responsive from the initial enquiry. Updates were timely, and delivery was well coordinated and right on schedule. Have been using my sofa for a week and it’s been great so far.

I ordered a customized sofa and a rug from Cozylant and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Other than the width, depth and fabric colors/material for the sofa to choose from, I could even request for details such as less pronounced stitching. Although an online-only store, but their 5-star reviews, super responsive WhatsApp communication, and transparent pricing gave me the confidence to go ahead.

I originally wanted an electric recliner sofa but didn’t want to deal with electrical parts spoiling years down the road, so I opted for one fixed sofa with a peninsula and another side with normal depth. They were very accommodating with customization, answered every question patiently, and made the whole process fuss-free. Price is also probably half of what you would get at brick and mortar stores.

The sofa arrived exactly like the photos. It feels solid, fabric looks great in my space, and most importantly, it’s extremely comfortable.
