If defects happen within the warranty period, we offer free like for like replacements.

Visible indentation more than 3cm: 10 year warranty

Cracks in foam under normal usage: 10 year warranty

Care Guide

With the right approach and level of care, mattresses can be kept in good condition for more than 5 years.

Things to take note during everyday use:

• Wash your bedding at least every two weeks to prevent hair, oils, sweat, skin cells and dust mites build up that gets transferred to your mattress

Cleaning requirements

• Vacuum the mattress surface once every 6 months to remove build up of allergens and bacteria
• Deodorize your mattress as needed to eliminate funky scents leftover from bacteria, dust mites, sweat or allergens using natural cleaners such as water and distilled vinegar
