Delivery & Assembly
In-stock mattresses are typically delivered within 3-7 days after order confirmation.
For mattresses that need to be produced, delivery is typically completed within 3-5 weeks after order confirmation.
You can also request a later delivery date if needed.
Mattresses are delivered to your parcel room for condos via courier service.
In-home setup, staircase carrying and old mattress disposal services are not available.
Cancellation & Returns
Standard-size mattresses can be cancelled with a 3% fee.
Custom-size mattresses cannot be cancelled after order confirmation.
Returns are not accepted after delivery.
Warranty
10-year limited warranty covering visible indentations deeper than 3cm and foam cracking under normal use.
