I recently moved to Singapore from South Korea.

Value for money purchase

First of all, my family n I like the sofas, bedframe n mattresses. 👍.

Cozylant's service attitude is also excellent 👍

Now, the not so favourable part that needs improvement

1. A holding period in your singapore warehouse for finished items is definitely necessary. For we know, shipping schedules are unpredictable.
2. Though your assembly partner is friendly, the time taken to assemble the bedframe is definitely not within acceptable limit. I don't think it is because they are not capable but rather lack of proper training

We are very very happy with the design, material and comfortness of the sofa. We had requested for some customisation in which the customer service agent was very helpful and guided us on the possibilities. The customer service replies quickly and initiates updates on our order from time to time.

Fantastic experience, from the time product was ready at factory, to arrival in sg, to delivery. Everything was communicated well by company and the actual sofa came in excellent condition. Would definitely recommend as a legit proper business doing excellent work with great value.

Recently bought the Ciabatta sofa bed from Cozylant. Very responsive as they were patient as they answered my questions and also kept me informed on the delivery timeline. They even make sure I got the items before the deadline that I asked. The sofas are very sturdy and are as pictured. Will definitely consider them if I need to get a new set of couches.

Very satisfied purchase! Sales got in touch with me relatively fast, informing that it will take 4 weeks for delivery. Asked for specific measurements of my mattress so they could customise the height of the headrest to make sure it fits perfectly. On delivery day, installation was swift, all done within an hour, including dismatling of my old bedframe. Very polite as well. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a new bedframe and not in a hurry.

After long delibration and reading reviews, decided to get sofa from cozylant because of the customization and pet friendly fabric. Seller is very accomodating to my request and very prompt in replying. After 1mth of waiting, it finally arrived and 1 month in, we are loving it! Love that it have the lounging feel cos that what we love!
