Great experience! The representative came down to my home so I could feel the fabric in person, which made choosing much easier. He also gave helpful advice on the sofa size that would fit my living room perfectly. From order to delivery, I received timely updates and everything was smooth and convenient. I didn’t even have to step into a physical store! The whole process was handled seamlessly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for customised furniture with great service!

Super easy purchase and installation process! The couch itself is well-made and SO comfortable - perfect for naps and lounging. Pet-safe and water-resistant fabric also works like a charm for accidental spills and cat scratches. Managed to get this at a discount so even more worthwhile as a purchase. Was a bit concerned about buying a couch without seeing/testing it personally but this worked out really well and I would happily buy from Cozylant again next time!
