Choosing the right bed size ensures a comfortable and functional layout for your bedroom. Here’s a quick guide to standard mattress dimensions:

• Single: 90/ 91/ 99cm x 190/ 200cm – Ideal for compact spaces or children’s rooms
• Super single: 107/ 120cm x 190/ 200cm – Suitable for solo sleepers who want extra room
• Queen: 135/ 150/ 152cm x 190/ 200cm – A versatile choice that balances space and comfort
• King: 180/ 183/ 193/ 200cm x 190/ 200cm – Perfect for couples who prefer more sleeping space

Before choosing a bed frame, measure your room dimensions and leave at least 60 - 80 cm of clearance for at least one side of the bed for ease of movement.

What is the ideal bed slat height for my space?

The height of your bed slats, combined with your mattress thickness, affects comfort and accessibility. A scientifically backed approach is to aim for a total bed height (slats + mattress) between 4cm - 55cm. This range aligns with ergonomic studies suggesting that an optimal bed height allows your feet to touch the ground comfortably when seated on the edge of the bed.

• Lower beds (<45cm): Great for modern, minimalist spaces but may be difficult for those with mobility issues
• Standard beds (45cm - 55cm): Ideal for most people, ensuring ease of getting in and out
• Higher beds (>55 cm): Adds a sense of grandeur but may be challenging for shorter individuals

Why do you need information about my mattress thickness?

Your mattress thickness directly impacts how well your headboard integrates with your bed frame. To ensure a seamless fit and aesthetic appeal, we tailor our headboards based on your mattress thickness. This reduces gaps or misalignment, ensuring the headboard slots in effortlessly while providing optimal back support when sitting up in bed with back on the headboard.

What is included in the quoted price?

The quoted price is inclusive of service tax and delivery.

Only staircase fees and product disposal are charged separately.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Post order confirmation, delivery may take between 4 - 6 weeks.

Do reach out to us to get more precise estimates for delivery timing.

My place is under renovation, can you hold my order?

Yes, please let us know when your renovation will be completed. We can time the production and shipping to match that date.

In case of unexpected delays, we offer 1 month free storage in our local warehouse.

What is covered under warranty?

For all our bed frames, we provide the hollowing warranty coverage:

• Frame: 5 year warranty
• Soft furnishing such as fiber fillings, upholstery (fabric and faux leather) and stitching: 1 year warranty

How do I raise issues for product defects?

If you encounter any product defects, you can raise the issue by contacting us through WhatsApp or email. Please provide the following details to help us process your request:

• Your order number
• A photo of the defective part
• A brief explanation of the issue

We will follow up with the next steps once we receive your message.

Can I modify my order?

Yes, you can modify your order as long as the product has not yet been shipped from the factory.

Depending on the stage of production, we will offer a quote for any modification costs.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Within the first 24 hours: A 3% order value cancellation fee to cover for transaction processing costs.
• After 24 hours and within 5 days: A 20% order value cancellation fee to cover for transaction processing cost and material procurement cost.
• After 5 days and before shipment: A 25% order value cancellation fee to cover for transaction processing cost, material procurement cost and production labour cost.
• Cancellation after shipment to local warehouse: A 30% order value cancellation fee to cover for transaction processing cost, material procurement cost, production labour cost and shipping fee.

If the product has already been created, no further cancellation is allowed. Any change of mind post that is treated as a refund case instead.

Can I ask for a refund?

Yes, you can request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery even for change of mind.

Please note that a 40% order value restocking fee applies to cover logistics, warehousing, and applicable markdowns.

All our returned products are never marketed again as new products and are sold instead at open-box prices.
