To provide further assurance to our customers, we provide the following warranty coverages that takes effect on the day of delivery:

• Frames, cushion foams and suspensions: 5 year warranty
• Soft furnishing components: 1 year warranty

Our sofa beds are expected to last for 5 years or more under regular use.

This is backed by our strict criteria on the quality of materials used:

• Fabric: no visible signs of damage after 15,000 Martindale rubs
• Leather: use of top grain leather or better options
• Foam: high density foams with density over 45kg per cubic meter that are at least 10cm thick
• Wood frame component: kiln dried solid wood frame
• Metal frame component: carbon steel structure

We specialize in cozy space saving sofa beds that can accommodate 1 to 2 persons.

Common dimensions follow these ranges:

• 1 seater sofa bed: 85cm - 125cm
• 2 seater sofa bed: 135cm - 210cm

Width customization depends on whether metal frame components are used in the sofa bed:

• Sofa beds with some metal frame components: width not customizable as metal frame component dimensions are fixed
• Sofa beds with only wood frame components: widths fully customizable up to 210cm

For customized sofa beds, we need 4 - 6 weeks after order confirmation to deliver your sofa bed.

This is because it takes:

• 2 weeks for production
• 2 weeks for shipping from China
• 2 additional weeks for contingencies such as production bottlenecks or shipment delays

For default option sofa beds which the manufacturer has ready stock, we need 2 - 4 weeks after order confirmation to deliver your sofa bed.
