Can sofa beds be used as a replacement for a bed?

No, sofa beds are not ideal as a replacement for a bed.

They are designed as extra beds for occasional use only and do not offer the same level of support and comfort as a dedicated bed with mattress.

Are sofa beds less comfortable to sit on compared to a regular sofa?

Sofa beds are designed for dual use — both sitting and sleeping. The foams used in sofa beds are frequently thinner to accommodate the sofa-to-bed conversion mechanism.

As a result, firmer foams are commonly used. This makes them less comfortable for those who prefer softer, more cushioned seating.

What types of upholstery materials do you offer?

We offer a wide range of customisable upholstery materials:

Fabric: Linen, cotton, boucle, pet-friendly, velvet and easy-clean options
Vegan leather: Matte and glossy finishes with various grain patterns and pet-friendly alternatives

We offer complete freedom in customising your sofa bed’s colour and material.

What is the difference between a sofa bed and a sleeper sofa?

Sleeper sofas have enclosed mattresses for sleeping. In contrast, sofa beds utilize couch cushions for sleeping.

What are the different types of sofa bed mechanisms available?

There are several mechanisms available that dictate how a sofa bed transforms from a sofa to a bed:

Pull-out mechanism: The most common type, where an additional seat cushion is stored inside the sofa and can be pulled out when needed. This requires some manual effort.
Level mechanism: The back of the sofa reclines until it lies flat at the same level as the seat, forming a sleeping surface.
Hybrid mechanism: Combines both a pull-out and a level mechanism to provide extra space for sleeping when required.
Flip mechanism: Used mostly for sleeper sofas, where the seat cushion flips over to reveal the hidden mattress underneath.
Motorized mechanism: An electric mechanism that converts the sofa into a bed at the push of a button, offering a more effortless experience.

What is included in the quoted price?

The quoted price is inclusive of service tax and delivery.

Only staircase fees and product disposal are charged separately.

Is there a lower price for reduced dimensions?

Not always.

For minor dimension reductions, labour and material costs are often fixed.

Can I choose colours outside of Cozylant's offered options?

Yes, please share with us your preferred colour and texture.

We'll source for similar upholstery to match your needs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If the product is made to order, delivery takes 4-6 weeks.

For our default options, if the factory has ready stock, delivery may take under 4 weeks.

My place is under renovation, can you hold my order?

Yes, Please let us know when your renovation will be completed. We can time the production and shipping to match that date.

In case of unexpected delays, we offer 1 month free storage in our local warehouse.

What is covered under warranty?

For all our sofas, lounge chairs, armchairs, and sofa beds, we provide the following warranty coverage:

Frame, cushion, and springs: 5-year warranty
Soft furnishings (e.g., fiber fillings, upholstery, stitching): 1-year warranty
Other components (e.g., zips, fasteners, sofa legs): 1-year warranty

How do I raise issues for product defects?

If you encounter any product defects, you can raise the issue by contacting us through WhatsApp or email. Please provide the following details to help us process your request:

Your order number
A photo of the defective part
A brief explanation of the issue

We will follow up with the next steps once we receive your message.

Can I modify my order?

Yes, you can modify your order as long as the product has not yet been shipped from the factory.

Depending on the stage of production, we will offer a quote for any modification costs.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order under the following conditions:

Within the first 24 hours: Cancellation is free.
After 24 hours and within 5 days: A 25% order value cancellation fee applies to cover material procurement costs.
After 5 days: A 30% order value cancellation fee applies to account for both material and labor costs.

If the product has already been created, no further cancellation is allowed. Any change of mind post that is treated as a refund case instead.

Can I ask for a refund?

Yes, you can request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery even for change of mind.

Please note that a 40% order value restocking fee applies to cover logistics, warehousing, and applicable markdowns.

All our returned products are never marketed again as new products and are sold instead at open-box prices.

We seek your kind understanding as these costs reflect our actual expenses when a refund happens.
