Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty for pilling and colour fading. Should these defects occur within the warranty period, we will provide a complimentary like-for-like replacement of your rug.


Our rug warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, stains, spills, burns, cuts, fading due to sunlight, damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance, misuse, or any modifications made after purchase.


Delivery

We do not provide rug unpacking services. Our delivery team will place the rug safely outside your door, or inside your room if someone is available at home to receive it.


No, we do not help with the disposal of your old rug during the same trip as your rug delivery.


Yes, we can accommodate delayed delivery dates. After your order is placed, we’ll reach out to confirm your preferred schedule.


Once your order is confirmed, we can deliver within 2 - 5 days if we have ready stock. If not, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on when the next batch of rug stock arrives at our local warehouse. If you are ordering a rug with customized dimensions, delivery will take between 4 - 6 weeks with an additional 2 weeks for production.


Care Guide

Yes, we recommend rotating your rug every 6 months. This helps to even out the process of wear and tear, especially if your rug receives direct sunlight.


Do not pull any threads and instead snip any loose ends with scissors instead.


Vacuum your rug using low to medium suction. Avoid using brush attachments or other abrasive accessories as they may damage the rug fibers.


Changes, Cancellations and Returns

Yes, you can request changes to your rug dimensions. Please let us know as soon as possible. Note that, depending on stock availability, changes may affect your delivery time.


Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before it is delivered. The cancellation fee is 3% of the order value if payment is made by credit card. There are no cancellation fees if payment is made via bank transfer.


Yes, we accept returns for rugs, with the return delivery fee to be borne by the customer. Please note that if the rug has been unpacked, it must be properly repacked into its original packaging. Do not discard or cut through the packaging when opening the rug, so that it can be reused if you decide to return it.
