Thank you for choosing our Cozylant sofa! We are confident of the quality of our products.

All our sofas have warranty which start from the date of delivery.


How to Claim Warranty

For warranty claim, please contact us via support@cozylant.com or WhatsApp with the following details:

  • Order number
  • A photo of the defective part
  • A brief explanation of the issue

If we determine that the warranty claim is valid, we will proceed with one of the following remedy actions:

  • Replacement of any product or part of any product with the manufacturing defect
  • Refund the order value of the product with defect

Warranty Period

Material Warranty period
Frame, cushion foams and springs 5 year warranty
Soft furnishing components such as fiber fillings, down feathers fillings, upholstery (fabric and leather) and stitching.

Any other components such as zips, fasteners and legs.
1 year warranty

What is Covered?

  • Defects due to faulty workmanship or materials
  • Severe cracks, breaks and faults that impact the sofas functionality or safety
  • Covers the original owner and the original address delivered for residential use only

What is Not Covered?

  • Damages caused by physical abuse, negligence, improper installation or misuse
  • Damages caused by institutional or commercial use
  • Damages caused by alterations, modifications or tampering of the product
  • Normal signs of wear and tear due to use over time
