All our products have warranties that start automatically from the date of delivery.

There are no additional fees to repair or replace an item that's covered by our warranty during the warranty period.

Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser at the original delivery address and cannot be extended to a new owner if the item is resold.

Warranty Coverage

What is covered?

  • Defects due to faulty workmanship or materials
  • Severe cracks, breaks and faults that impact the product's functionality or safety
  • Covers the original owner and the original address delivered for residential use only for both new and open box products

What is not covered?

  • Damages caused by physical abuse, negligence, improper installation or misuse
  • Damages caused by alterations, modifications or tampering of the productCleaned with wrong cleaning methods or products
  • Normal signs of wear and tear due to use over time
  • Damaged due to pest infestations
  • Not backed by a valid sales order
  • Damages caused by institutional or commercial use
  • Transferred from buyer to another party

Soft furnishing such as fiber fillings, down feather fillings, upholstery (fabric and leather) and stitching: 1 year warranty

Other components such as zips, fasteners and sofa legs: 1 year warranty
Sofa beds Frame, cushion foams and springs: 5 year warranty

Warranty Claim

How to submit a warranty claim?

For warranty claim, please contact us via WhatsApp with the following details:

  • Order number
  • A photo of the defective part
  • A brief explanation of the issue

If we determine that the warranty claim is valid, we will proceed with replacement of any product or part of any product with the manufacturing defect.
