Take a look behind the scenes at how your sofa is made and delivered to you after you confirm your order and relevant customization details with us.

Steps Post Order Confirmation

  • After our confirmation, our fabory starts to prepare to custom make your sofa by gathering required materials

    1 - Coordinating Required Resources

    Post confirmation, our factory procures the required materials from upstream suppliers based on order details and slots your order into its factory queue.

  • Our factory makes your sofa with high industry leading equipment and processes

    2 - Making Your Sofa

    With all required materials in place, different teams (frame, upholstery etc) work together to make your sofa. Post completion, sofa is cleaned via airjet.

  • Our factory inspects your sofa at key stages of the production process

    3 - Inspecting Your Sofa

    The factory conducts inspections for your sofa. Before packing, we share photos of the sofa on the factory floor with you to ensure that it meets your specifications.

  • Our factory packs your sofa with at least 3 layers of protection

    4 - Packing Your Sofa for Shipping

    Post inspection, the factory packs your sofa for sea freight. All our sofas are covered with at least 3 layers of packaging to prevent damages during transportation.

  • After your sofa arrives in Singapore, we will deliver and assemble your sofa at your desired location

    5 - Delivering Your Sofa

    Once we are certain about when your sofa will arrive in our local warehouse, we will reach out in advance to coordinate delivery and assembly at your place.

  • After delivery, sit back and relax in your sofa for years to come after delivery

    6 - Enjoying Your Sofa

    Complete your sofa’s look with throw pillows, lumbar cushions and sofa cover protectors as needed for the perfect blend of style, comfort, and ease of maintenance.
