I'm very pleased with the quality, price and comfort of the sofa. I thought it would be warm and use inferior materials for the price I paid but turned out a big No. I bought this sofa with a worried mind because I can't test nor see the real thing in the showroom. But the good reviews on their website made me take the risk and I'm glad I did. Seller even goes extra miles to ensure the sofa arrived on time even though there was a delay in custom. The only feedback I have is if the seller can prepare a booklet with colour samples to mail to the customer to see the real colour and materials will be great. Seller can always request a small deposit to be refunded if the customer failed to return the booklet. I will feel more confident and assured if I can see the real colour and material when there is no showroom. Anyway, I have used this sofa for 3 weeks and really have nothing to complain about. Really a good buy. Thank you!
I promised Cozylant a review after one month of seat testing and so here it is. My husband at 175cm finds it just right depth and the backrest is high enough to be comfortable after prolonged seating. Myself at 160cm finds the seat a bit deep but I rectified it with a lumbar pillow.
The seat comfort is comfy after getting used to it and the sofa itself seems to be holding up fine.
We customized to a darker colour and add on stain and water resistance too as we wanted something easy to maintain. To date, it looks resistance to stains, but can't say too much as it might be due to the darker colour in the first place.
We are looking for sofa with slightly higher backrest and this sofa fits our criteria. At 50cm, for myself, my sholders and neck can rest on the backrest. Happy with the purchase overall as the seat is comfy too.
Extremely helpful, will show you the photoshop look if you chose a different kind of colour. Tried their best to expedite for my order. Sofa came in nice and the way I want it! ❤️
Really pleased with my 1.8m comfort fabric sofa! The seat depth is just right, whether I'm sitting up or lounging. It's become my favorite spot for a quick nap. The delivery team was friendly and kept me updated throughout. Highly recommend!
