How do I choose the right mattress firmness? +

Your ideal mattress firmness depends on your sleeping position, body weight and age. Generally side sleepers often prefer a softer mattress for better pressure relief, while back and stomach sleepers may benefit from firmer support. Heavier sleepers may also need a firmer mattress to prevent sinkage. Children and older adults may prefer a balanced medium firm mattress.

Which mattress is best for my sleeping position? +

The suitable mattress firmness depends on how you usually sleep. Side sleepers often prefer a Medium Soft or Medium mattress for better cushioning around the shoulders and hips. Back sleepers may benefit from a Medium or Medium Firm mattress that balances comfort and support, while stomach sleepers usually need a Medium Firm or Firm mattress to reduce excessive sinkage. Combination sleepers may prefer a Medium mattress that feels comfortable across different sleeping positions.

Which mattress is suitable for my body weight? +

Your body weight can affect how soft or firm a mattress feels. Lighter sleepers may prefer a Medium Soft or Medium mattress that offers enough cushioning. Average-weight sleepers can usually choose from Medium to Medium Firm, depending on their sleeping position. Heavier sleepers may benefit from a Medium Firm or Firm mattress to reduce excessive sinkage.

Will a firmer mattress provide better back support? +

Not necessarily. Good back support does not always mean choosing the firmest mattress. What matters more is having a supportive spring system that helps keep your spine comfortably aligned throughout the night. Individual pocket springs, reinforced springs and edge support can provide more stable and better support across the mattress. Even a softer mattress can offer good back support when it is built with the right support system, while a mattress that feels too firm may create uncomfortable pressure points.

Which mattress is best for couples? +

For couples, a mattress with individual pocket springs is preferred because each spring responds independently, helping to reduce movement across the bed when one person turns or gets up. All our mattresses use individual pocket springs system for better motion isolation. A mattress with reinforced edge support can also make the sleeping surface feel more stable and spacious. When both sleepers have different suitable mattress firmness, a Medium or Medium Firm mattress is often a comfortable middle ground.

What is the delivery lead time? +

If we have your mattress in stock, you can expect delivery within 1 - 3 days after order confirmation.

If the item isn't in stock, we'll make a fresh one just for you. Delivery typically takes 3–5 weeks from the date your order is confirmed.

Can you help with disposal? +

We offer disposal services for your old mattress upon request during the same trip as your delivery. Please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Disposal fees start from $10 per mattress for downstairs disposal (available for HDB flats only), or $30 per mattress for off-site disposal.

Do you accept returns? +

Yes, return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible.

We only accept returns for standard-size mattresses that remain unopened in their original packaging due to hygiene reasons.

We do not allow returns for custom-size mattresses even if they are unopened as they cannot be easily resold.

What is the warranty period? +

Your warranty begins on the date of purchase.

We offer a 10 year warranty for visible indentation more than 3cm and cracks in foam under normal everyday use.
