In-stock mattresses are typically delivered within 1-3 days after order confirmation.

For mattresses that need to be produced, delivery is typically completed within 3-5 weeks after order confirmation.

Upon request, we can also carry the mattress into your home, place it on your bed frame and unpack it at no additional cost.

Additional services, such as carrying the mattress up staircases and old mattress disposal, incur separate charges.

Standard-size mattresses can be cancelled with a 3% fee.

Only unopened standard-size mattresses in their original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to a $50 restocking fee.

Custom-size mattresses cannot be cancelled after confirmation or returned.
