In-stock mattresses are typically delivered within 1-3 days after order confirmation.

For mattresses that need to be produced, delivery is typically completed within 3-5 weeks after order confirmation.

You can also request a later delivery date if needed.

We offer free doorstep delivery.

Upon request, we can also carry the mattress into your home, place it on your bed frame and unpack it at no additional cost.

Additional services, such as carrying the mattress up staircases and old mattress disposal, incur separate charges.

We will contact you to arrange your delivery date and time slot in advance.

Cancellation & Returns

Standard-size mattresses can be cancelled with a 3% fee.

Only unopened standard-size mattresses in their original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to a $50 restocking fee.

Custom-size mattresses cannot be cancelled after confirmation or returned.

How it helps

With a high Qmax rating, the cooling fabric conducts heat away from the body more efficiently than traditional knitted fabrics and slightly cooling materials like bamboo and Tencel. In hot and humid climates, this immediate cooling sensation makes it easier to fall asleep. This fabric cover can be removed for machine washing.

Specially selected shrink-resistant knitted fabric paired with durable polyester fiber that maintains its structure without clumping to ensure that cover can be machine washed. The polyester fiber also adds a gentle layer of cushioned for enhanced comfort.
