We offer two types of faux leather finishes - matte and glossy:

• Matte faux leather series: Offers a sleek, modern look, perfect for minimalist and contemporary styles. It provides a subtle, understated finish that blends well with modern decor themes.
• Glossy faux leather series: Brings a more traditional, luxurious vibe, ideal for those seeking a vintage or classic appearance. Its shiny surface adds a touch of elegance and grandeur to spaces with more ornate or retro design elements.

How do I choose which faux leather to use for my sofa?

The choice of faux leather depends on your lifestyle and home decor style:

• If you have pets, our matte faux leather series is more ideal as they are more scratch resistant.
• In addition, consider the overall style of your home to decide between matte or glossy finishes.
• Lastly, explore the colour options and grain patterns across different faux leather series to find the best fit to match your home’s look.

Should I choose faux leather with a flat or textured grain pattern?

The grain pattern is determined by the embossing technique used. When it comes to selection, the following considerations are helpful:

• Durability: Textured grain patterns has a bumpy surface and are often seen as more durability as scratches and creases are less visible.
• Touch: Textured grain patterns feel more rugged and tactile while flat grain patterns provide a smoother, softer touch
• Style: Depends on your personal styling preference

What makes pet friendly faux leather scratch resistant?

When pets scratch on the pigmented surface of faux leather, it may cause the pigment to wear off, leaving scratch marks.

In pet friendly faux leather, the pigment and fabric backing are reinforced with silicone glue, improving adhesion and making it more resistant to scratches.

What is the difference between microfiber, Leathaire, PU, and PVC?

These terms refer to different components used in faux leather production:

• Microfiber describes the fabric backing, which uses very fine fibers. This creates fewer gaps, reducing cracks on the surface over time.
• Leathaire refers to microperforations on the pigmented surface, which improve breathability by mimicking the air pores of genuine leather. However, these perforations may reduce durability.
• PU (Polyurethane) and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) are materials used for the pigmented surface. PU is considered a more durable option as it was developed as an improvement to PVC.

How many people can your sofa sit?

Most of our sofas are modular in design, allowing you to craft a sofa that fits your space and seating needs.

We offer options for 2-person sofas, perfect for small spaces, or larger configurations that can comfortably seat over 5 people, ideal for family gatherings.

You can co-create your dream sofa with us to perfectly suit your home.

Is assembly required for your sofas?

Yes, our sofas require some assembly at customer's place.

This usually involves attaching the legs or connecting different sofa modules.

This set up helps facilitate transportation through narrow spaces like lifts or corridors.

What is included in the quoted price?

The quoted price is inclusive of service tax and delivery.

Only staircase fees and product disposal are charged separately.

Is there a lower price for reduced dimensions?

Not always.

For minor dimension reductions, labour and material costs are often fixed.

Can I choose colours outside of Cozylant's offered options?

Yes, please share with us your preferred colour and texture.

We'll source for similar upholstery to match your needs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If the product is made to order, delivery takes 4-6 weeks.

For our default options, if the factory has ready stock, delivery may take under 4 weeks.

My place is under renovation, can you hold my order?

Yes, Please let us know when your renovation will be completed. We can time the production and shipping to match that date.

In case of unexpected delays, we offer 1 month free storage in our local warehouse.

What is covered under warranty?

For all our sofas, lounge chairs, armchairs, and sofa beds, we provide the following warranty coverage:

• Frame, cushion, and springs: 5-year warranty
• Soft furnishings (e.g., fiber fillings, upholstery, stitching): 1-year warranty
• Other components (e.g., zips, fasteners, sofa legs): 1-year warranty

How do I raise issues for product defects?

If you encounter any product defects, you can raise the issue by contacting us through WhatsApp or email. Please provide the following details to help us process your request:

• Your order number
• A photo of the defective part
• A brief explanation of the issue

We will follow up with the next steps once we receive your message.

Can I modify my order?

Yes, you can modify your order as long as the product has not yet been shipped from the factory.

Depending on the stage of production, we will offer a quote for any modification costs.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Within the first 24 hours: Cancellation is free.
• After 24 hours and within 5 days: A 25% order value cancellation fee applies to cover material procurement costs.
• After 5 days: A 30% order value cancellation fee applies to account for both material and labor costs.

If the product has already been created, no further cancellation is allowed. Any change of mind post that is treated as a refund case instead.

Can I ask for a refund?

Yes, you can request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery even for change of mind.

Please note that a 40% order value restocking fee applies to cover logistics, warehousing, and applicable markdowns.

All our returned products are never marketed again as new products and are sold instead at open-box prices.

We seek your kind understanding as these costs reflect our actual expenses when a refund happens.
