Most of our customized sofas are delivered within 4 to 6 weeks after order confirmation. Lead time may vary depending on the type and complexity of customization requested.

Each sofa offers different customization options. We list common customization options on the sofa product page for ready selection. If the type of customization you want isn’t listed, contact us to check availability. For layout and configuration-based customizations, please also contact us for a personalized quote.

Changes, Cancellations and Returns

Yes, you may request changes to your order specifications. Please let us know as soon as possible. We will provide a quote for any additional material and labour costs required for the modification. Charges may also apply for materials and labour already incurred for the existing order.
