I placed my order for Cedar Fabric sofa one and a half months before CNY and received it 1 week b4 CNY per promised. Plesantly surprised Cozylant was prompt to my whatsapps. I customise request for no arms and veg leather. There was an alert when sofa was completed. A Chinese young lady co-ordinator came w 2 deliverymen who asked to clean their hands after they unpacked the sofa. Very pleasant and satisfactory service for each step from order to delivery. It had been sometime since such good customer service standards are encountered. I hope the excellent teamwork sustains. I have recommended Cozylant to my friends. Thank you for making my CNY special. Your workmanship is neat and the firmness of sofa is exactly how I preferred to be. The color of the sofa is a bit dark but this could be lighting and it gives my space a natural feel. I am happy. Big Thanks!

I received my sofa today and I am very satisfied with it! Cozylant kept me updated regularly on the progress and also sent me photos of the completed sofa. The arrangement of delivery was smooth too. The delivery crews carried the sofa through the narrow doorway and installed the sofa legs skillfully as well. The workmanship and quality of the materials used are awesome. The cushion seat is firm and it is exactly the firmness that I like. I am impressed that they are able to make the sofa according to my customisation requirements. Thank you Cozylant!
