2 month in, we are still in love with the cloud sofa.
We also discovered a new functionality for it. With its deep seats and down feather filled cushions, it performs wonderously as a bed too.
Washing is okay and we have taken out the covers to wash 2 to 3 times already with no obvious signs of shrinkage (we can still put the covers back on without breaking out into too much sweat).
Stains left by our kids using markers, crayons and pens are also able to be cleared successfully with wash using normal detergent at home.
There was some initial hiccups with delivery due to custom delays. However, how it was handled was great and we love the quality of the couch! Even my cat loves it! Thanks alot ♥️

1 star off for some confusion with delivery and assembly which could have been improved.
We had the most unique of experiences in buying our cloud sofa. The team came to our new house to customize the sofa together with us by going through the different fabric options to see if it matches the interior.
We also measured the place and brainstormed together on the size to fit our space.
We decided on an U-shaped sofa customized for width. Next, is delivery timing since our new space is already in move in condition.
We worked together to expedite the delivery with Cozylant. For the fabrics we like, Cozylant checked in real time with the factory and the upstream fabric and materials suppliers to see what fabrics are available for production asap with no waiting time.
The large U shaped sofa was produced in 4 working days and shipping took 2 weeks. The sofa arrived after 3 weeks which is shorter than the stipulated 4 - 6 weeks waiting time.
We have been hunting for a solution for so long that we still couldn't find one even when our newly renovated house is near ready until we met Cozylant.
Communication was smooth and we were grateful for them coming down to visit and also working with the factories and suppliers real time to expedite our order.
We are looking for a soft sofa and Cozylant’s sofa with thick down feather cushions caught our attention.
Indeed this offers sink in comfort which is to our liking.
