Should I get benches or chairs?

It depends on your space, style, and functionality needs:

• Benches: Great for a modern, casual look and can maximize seating in smaller spaces. They also tuck neatly under the table when not in use, saving space.
• Chairs: Offer more comfort and support, especially for longer meals or gatherings. They provide better back support and can be easier to move individually.
• Combination: Many people choose a mix—benches on one side for flexibility and chairs on the other for comfort.

Should I get a sintered stone table top or a solid wood table top?

Both materials have their own advantages:

• Sintered Stone: Highly durable, heat-resistant, stain-resistant, and scratch-resistant. It’s easy to maintain and great for households that prioritize durability and low maintenance.
• Solid Wood: Offers warmth, character, and a natural aesthetic. It develops a patina over time and can be refinished if scratched, but requires more care to prevent damage from moisture and heat.

Choose sintered stone for durability and ease of maintenance, and solid wood for a timeless, natural feel.

What size should I get for the dining table?

Consider your available space and the number of people you typically seat:

• For small spaces (4-seater): A round or square table around 90cm - 120 cm in diameter (round) or 80cm x 120cm to 90cm x 140cm (rectangular) works well.
• For medium spaces (6-seater): A rectangular table of around 160cm - 180cm long and 80cm - 100cm wide is ideal.
• For large spaces (8-seater+): A table of 200cm or longer comfortably accommodates more guests.

Tip: Leave at least 60cm of clearance around the table for comfortable movement. If there are space constraints, an extendable table provides flexibility for different occasions.

What is included in the quoted price?

The quoted price is inclusive of service tax and delivery.

Only staircase fees and product disposal are charged separately.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Post order confirmation, delivery may take between 4 - 6 weeks.

My place is under renovation, can you hold my order?

Yes, please let us know when your renovation will be completed. We can time the production and shipping to match that date.

In case of unexpected delays, we offer 1 month free storage in our local warehouse.

What is covered under warranty?

For all our dining tables, dining chairs and dining benches, we provide the following warranty coverage:

• Structure, mechanisms and hinges: 1 year warranty

How do I raise issues for product defects?

If you encounter any product defects, you can raise the issue by contacting us through WhatsApp or email. Please provide the following details to help us process your request:

• Your order number
• A photo of the defective part
• A brief explanation of the issue

We will follow up with the next steps once we receive your message.

Can I modify my order?

Yes, you can modify your order as long as the product has not yet been shipped from the factory.

Depending on the stage of production, we will offer a quote for any modification costs.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Within the first 24 hours: A 3% order value cancellation fee to cover for transaction processing costs.
• After 24 hours and within 5 days: A 20% order value cancellation fee to cover for transaction processing cost and material procurement cost.
• After 5 days and before shipment: A 25% order value cancellation fee to cover for transaction processing cost, material procurement cost and production labour cost.
• Cancellation after shipment to local warehouse: A 30% order value cancellation fee to cover for transaction processing cost, material procurement cost, production labour cost and shipping fee.

If the product has already been created, no further cancellation is allowed. Any change of mind post that is treated as a refund case instead.

Can I ask for a refund?

Yes, you can request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery even for change of mind.

Please note that a 40% order value restocking fee applies to cover logistics, warehousing, and applicable markdowns.

All our returned products are never marketed again as new products and are sold instead at open-box prices.
