The sofa firmness level is exactly what I wanted. I didn't want the sink in type and Amber changed the sofa cushion configuration from down feather top to latex.
The sofa fabric itself also looks of high quality. Looking forwards to many hours relaxing on this sofa.

When the sofa arrived, our whole family like it and I find the seat feel a bit soft. Amber is great with after sales service too as she enquired about our concerns for the sofa and explain why the seat feel for this sofa will feel a bit softer at first due to the down feather layer.
We envisage to spend many quality time relaxing on the sofa for years to come. Thanks Cozylant for making the online purchase stress free.
Expected the sofa to be on the firm side. It’s comfortable but i find it on the soft side. At the start, as the seat cushions have a layer of down feather fillings, we are able to pull out 5 - 6 feathers from the seat cushions.
However, Amber explained that this is common and hard to prevent for down feather filled seat cushions but the case will reduce overtime.
Overall, everyone in my family likes the sofa!
