Cozylant is very flexible in customization from choosing the size, cushions materials & frames etc. they even provide water & stain resistance treatment to the sofa materials.

I am super impressed that their customer service representative is very patient & responsive, they even replied in WhatsApp till midnight! They will update us with photos once the sofa is ready for delivery.

The carpet is not dense but comfortable to the feet. It can be quite slippery.

Well packed but delivery takes a longer time...bought with shopee voucher n coins.
