We absolutely love our new sofa! The leather feels premium, the recliners are smooth, and the backrest can support our heads well after a long working day. Delivery took a few weeks as it was fabricated after ordering and item was shipped from overseas. Great customer service and item received in good condition.

Quality is excellent and way beyond expectation. Though the length cant be customize, it has a wide range of fabric material and colour.

I chose the Cubix Fabric Adjustable Backrest Sofa with Furla fabric. Material is very soft and the sofa has the right firmness. I like the simple design which matches my other furniture. Length, material and colour can be customised to your liking. The backrest can be placed up or down to adjust the seat depth and height. Overall very comfortable and satisfied with the purchase. Good customer service as well. Answered my queries promptly and courteously. They also gave regular updates of my purchase.

There was an issue when they installed the legs, one of it was shorter.. they had to replace the 'cushion' of the middle leg to be able to balance the sofa

Placed order online - full customization across color, fabric type (leather/velvet/pet friendly etc), firmness, seat depth & height…even the seat and backrest!!

I ordered a 2-seater - requested for a single panel for the backrest which is a standard selection option, additionally, also asked for combined seat cushion - and the client support was quick to response and confirmed with me it is possible.

- importantly, a shoutout to their WhatsApp client support - they are so prompt and clear - there was not a moment of doubt in the process, they are PROACTIVE in giving me updates on where my sofa is in the entire process: configuration, confirmation, production, shipping, delivery.
