We offer a 10-year warranty covering visible indentations greater than 3 cm and foam cracking under normal use. Should these defects occur within the warranty period, we will provide a complimentary like-for-like replacement of your mattress.

Our mattress warranty does not cover normal wear and tear resulting from regular use. This includes the gradual softening of foam and any discolouration that may occur over time due to usage or exposure to light. It also excludes matters of personal comfort preference and any natural new-product odour.

We can help with the unpacking for all our mattresses in Singapore for free. Our delivery team will handle the setup at your desired location and take away the mattress packaging. Do note that once the mattress has been unpacked, it is no longer possible to do returns.

Yes, we can help with the disposal of your old mattress during the same trip as your sofa delivery for a fee.

Yes, we can accommodate delayed delivery dates. After your order is placed, we’ll reach out to confirm your preferred schedule. By aligning mattress production with your timeline, we ensure your mattress stays fresh and avoids prolonged time in storage. This is especially important for roll-packed mattresses as extended storage can impact the mattress’s ability to return to full shape after unpacking.

Once your order is confirmed, we can deliver within 2 - 5 days if we have ready stock. If not, delivery typically takes 2 to 6 weeks, depending on when the next batch of mattress stock arrives at our local warehouse.

Yes, we recommend rotating your mattress every 6 months. This helps distribute wear evenly and prevents body impressions from forming in the same spot over time.

Wash your bedding at least every two weeks to prevent hair, oils, sweat, skin cells and dust mite build up that may get transferred to your mattress.

For regular care, vacuum the surface periodically to remove dust and allergens. Spot clean with mild soap and water if needed. Always ensure the mattress is fully dry before use.

We recommend using a mattress protector, as it adds an extra layer of protection against spills, sweat, dust, and allergens. This helps to keep your mattress clean and further extends its lifespan.

Yes, you can request changes to your mattress dimensions. Please let us know as soon as possible. Note that, depending on stock availability, changes may affect your delivery time.

Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before it is delivered. The cancellation fee is 3% of the order value if payment is made by credit card. There are no cancellation fees if payment is made via bank transfer.

No, we do not accept returns for mattresses. Some of our mattresses are roll-packed and cannot be repacked once opened. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns.
