Ink stains from pens and other objects must be attended to immediately to prevent them from becoming permanent
Spillages are best attended to immediately by blotting up the surface liquid with dry cloth to prevent stain forming
Do not use alcohol, chemicals or detergents as these can cause discolouration of the sofa

Good sofa for my need

Affordable price for a modern design with ability to customise it in the fabric that matches the interior for my space.

Good for day bed

Cozylant was proactive and supported me in making a number of customizations for the Crystal sofa which I intend to use as daybed (seat depth reduction to 60cm, change from down feather to latex).

They also showed me different photos for 200cm and 220cm so I could decide on the right sofa to have based on aesthetics.

My daughter likes it in her room.

Areas for improvement is the delivery. The delivery took quite sometime as they have to haul the sofa from KL port to Penang after shipping from China. Handling of the sofa by the delivery team could be improved as they were rough and just threw the sofa from the lorry to the floor.

Great service

The sofa is exactly what the owners say it will be when I chose to customise its dimension n fabric. I love it! But what really left an impression was the service. The owners actually came to my place with the different fabrics and went over the options. I got the assurance that it's going to fit with the colour theme n size. Really happy with the purchase and the entire experience!
