Scratch resistance

• Fabrics are also more resistant to scratches, handling pets' claws and kids' homework binders a lot better than leather

The default fabric options used in our fabric sofas are not treated for stain and water resistance. This provides you with optimal comfort as the fabric is softer and more breathable.

When the fabric undergoes stain and water resistance treatment, it is soaked in a chemical formula. This can cause the fabric to harden, become less breathable and the colour to become less vibrant.

Sofa prices vary a lot in the market. For the same design, some charge $1,000 whilst others charge $5,000.

• Frames, cushion foams and suspensions: 5 year warranty
• Soft furnishing components: 1 year warranty

Our fabric sofas, sectional sofas and sofa beds are expected to last for 5 years or more under regular use.

This is backed by our strict criteria on the quality of materials used:

• Fabric: No visible signs of damage after 15,000 Martindale rubs
• Foam: High density foams with density over 45kg per cubic meter that are at least 10cm thick
• Frame: Kiln dried solid wood frame
• Suspension: Thick gauge zigzag spring over 5mm thick in diameter each and webbings over 7cm thick each

Sofas and Sectional Sofas

All our fabric sofas and sectional sofas are made to order in China, we need 4 - 6 weeks after order confirmation to deliver your product.

This is because it takes:

• 2 weeks for production
• 2 weeks for shipping from China
• 2 additional weeks for contingencies such as production bottlenecks or shipment delays

Sofa Beds

For customized fabric sofa beds, we need 4 - 6 weeks after order confirmation to deliver your sofa bed.

This is because it takes:

• 2 weeks for production
• 2 weeks for shipping from China
• 2 additional weeks for contingencies such as production bottlenecks or shipment delays

For default option fabric sofa beds which the manufacturer has ready stock, we need 2 - 4 weeks after order confirmation for shipping and delivery.
