Seller was very very responsive and gave good advice as well. Amber was very responsive and contactable via whatsapp throughout the whole time even sometimes at late hours 😳 our delivery took more than 2 weeks due to manufacturing time as well but Amber was always there to clarify any doubts and also assure us that our sofa will eventually arrive. We waited for about 3.5 weeks for the sofa to arrive and it was so worth the wait. We love it so much.
The installation was also very fuss free with constant updates. Our sofa was also handled with good care during the installation.
