How We Customised the Claudia Sofa to Fit a Customer’s Home

When a customer reached out to us about the Claudia Fabric L Shape Sectional Sofa, she loved its clean lines and plush comfort, but had one key concern: her space could only accommodate a 2.4m layout. Our standard Claudia sectional sofa, with its sofa end unit, middle unit, and chaise, requires at least 2.6m to fit comfortably.

To address this, we proposed a configuration change by removing the middle seat. This adjusted layout mirrored the configuration of our Crystal Fabric L Shape Sectional Sofa, achieving the exact 2.4m width needed without compromising on style or comfort.

In addition to the revised dimensions, the customer requested one specific detail: an armrest at the end of the chaise. Our standard configuration features an armless chaise for a more open feel, but we happily modified the design to include the armrest she preferred, ensuring the sofa felt both functional and personal to her.

Having browsed our website ahead of time, she had already set her sights on Ease 01, one of our Easy Clean Fabric Series options. It is a velvety soft material with a subtle sheen, known for its luxurious feel and easy clean property.

The customer confirmed her order two months ahead of her renovation’s completion, aiming for a delivery in late April 2025. To meet her timeline while reducing unnecessary warehousing, we carefully timed production to conclude in mid to late March 2025, with shipping scheduled so the sofa would reach Singapore in mid-April 2025.

Once the sofa was completed, we sent her a photo of the final piece on the factory floor. She was thrilled as it matched her expectations perfectly and made her even more excited to see it in her home.

In late April 2025, right on schedule, the sofa was delivered and installed. It fitted her space beautifully, blending in seamlessly with her newly renovated interiors. Customised to her specifications and delivered with care, the Claudia Fabric L Shape Sectional Sofa became the perfect centrepiece for her living room.
