The interchangeable cover design also makes refreshing your space easier in future, as only the rug cover needs to be replaced when changing styles, without the need to purchase an entirely new rug.

For home washing, we recommend choosing sizes 230cm x 160cm and below, as these dimensions are generally light enough to fit comfortably in most household washing machines.

In-stock rugs are typically delivered within 1-3 days after order confirmation.

For rugs that need to be produced, delivery is typically completed within 3-5 weeks after order confirmation. You can also request a later delivery date if needed.

Standard-size rugs can be cancelled with a 3% fee.

Only standard-size rugs in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a $30 restocking fee.

Custom-size rugs cannot be cancelled after confirmation or returned.
