Great service

The sofa is exactly what the owners say it will be when I chose to customise its dimension n fabric. I love it! But what really left an impression was the service. The owners actually came to my place with the different fabrics and went over the options. I got the assurance that it's going to fit with the colour theme n size. Really happy with the purchase and the entire experience!

Bought after trying out sofa at friend's place

Tbh we were quite worry to shop online sofa since we couldn’t try or see the quality of the sofa before purchased. However I chance upon trying it when I visit my frd’s house one day and she told me about her new sofa. This was it! Nice and comfy. We could also customised the material, color and sofa arm side. Everything came in good condition and the team text us sneak peek photos of our sofa before the delivery date. Thanks to the team who delivered and installed the sofa. They also assist to keep my living area clean after installation. :)

Good overall but not satisfied with the sofa legs

Communication was smooth with Amber and the delivery was on time. However, the sofa legs are quite thin and when members of my family carelessly knocked against it, some of our members are hurt by the thin edges.

Cozylant reach out to support us in switching out the sofa legs with more rounded designs but none were to our liking as we didn't think it goes well with the sofa design.

Had we known about the risk of thin legs in advance, we would have choosen a sofa model with rounder legs with more smooth edges instead.

Great purchase

Searched through lots of online furniture site, finally Cozylant’s sofa caught my eyes not only with the pricing but the design as well. Cozy one arm sofa

We are looking for a replacement sofa set and the sofa set we saw at our friend's place caught our attention. After testing out the seat comfort in our friend's place, we decided to get a similar one too.

When it arrived, it didn't disappoint and we were happy with the purchase.
