Caring for Your Fabric Sofa

With the right approach and level of care, fabric sofas can be kept in top condition for more than 5 years.

Things to take note during everyday use:

  • Avoid sharp or abrasive objects such as belt buckets, rings and zippers from coming in direct contact with the sofa
  • Ink stains from pens and other objects must be attended to immediately to prevent them from becoming permanent
  • Spillages are best attended to immediately by blotting up the surface liquid with dry cloth to prevent stain forming
  • Do not use alcohol, chemicals or detergents as these can cause discolouration of the sofa
  • Choose a shady spot to avoid prolonged contact with the sun as sunlight can cause lead to fabric discolouration

Cleaning requirements

  • Dusting or vacuuming weekly to remove loose particles
  • Use proper fabric care kits without damaging chemicals to remove stains as required

Service experience for the purchase of my new sofa bed was good. Regardless of the number or type of queries I have especially on the selection of the material, I have my queries answered promptly even very late at night. I also received good recommendations that helped me decide on the final colour and material. Am happy that my sofa bed is customized and made after I placed my order, To ensure that my order was tailor made to my satisfaction, the sellers made sure that they even get the side which I wanted my drawer checked and confirmed before assembling. I was also surprised to get updates and pictures along the way on the progress which also included a sneak preview of my sofa bed after it’s was fully assembled. Logistic updates were provided at very progress and they were fast to deliver upon arrival in Singapore. Very pleased with the purchase. My kids love it too. Good and very responsive vendor who is prompt in answering all your queries/feedback. As a rule of thumb for all bulky purchases, good to confirm the delivery fees prior to delivery.
