The addition of nylon helps reduce shedding compared to traditional 100% wool rugs, while still preserving the natural softness and character of wool.

Wool rugs bring a unique warmth and depth to the home. Naturally soft underfoot and rich in texture, they help create a cosy, grounded atmosphere. It also has natural resilience, allowing the rug to maintain its appearance beautifully over time.

To help maintain your wool rug, we recommend regular gentle vacuuming using low suction without a rotating brush to minimise fibre disturbance. Promptly spot clean spills with a clean, damp cloth, and avoid harsh chemicals or excessive rubbing. Occasional professional cleaning can also help preserve its texture and extend its lifespan.

In-stock rugs are typically delivered within 1-3 days after order confirmation. For rugs that need to be produced, delivery is typically completed within 3-5 weeks after order confirmation. You can also request a later delivery date if needed.

Standard-size rugs can be cancelled with a 3% fee. Only standard-size rugs in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a $30 restocking fee.

Custom-size rugs cannot be cancelled after confirmation or returned.
