The faux leather is glossy and smooth. We like the brown pigmentation too. Sofa is firm yet nice to sit/lie down on it. The ordering to delivery process was excellent as seller provided updated timelines regarding manufacturing and delivery. Note: I got a L shape leathaire sofa in light tan, it’s darker than the pictures (which is what I was going for)

We like the L-shape full leather but it is too expensive. Settled with the half leather instead and we are satisfied with this sofa.
