For home washing, we recommend choosing sizes 230cm x 160cm and below, as these dimensions are generally light enough to fit comfortably in most household washing machines.

For rugs that need to be produced, delivery is typically completed within 3-5 weeks after order confirmation.
You can also request a later delivery date if needed.
Rugs are delivered to your parcel room via courier service.
Cancellation & Returns
Standard-size rugs can be cancelled with a 3% fee.
Custom-size rugs cannot be cancelled after order confirmation.
Returns are not accepted after delivery.
